The Oak Industrial Park will feature two new high specification office and warehouse buildings available for occupation from February 2020. Both fully-sprinklered buildings will have minimum warehouse stud heights of 10.5 metres at the knee.
Building A features a 4,000m2 warehouse with three roller doors, 350m2 of modern office space over two levels, 610m2 of yard plus 550m2 under canopy, along with 50 car parks on a 6,910m2 site.
Building B features a 5,077m2 warehouse with four roller doors, 450m2 of modern office space over two levels, 1450m2 of yard plus 700m2 under canopy, along with 60 car parks on an 8,210m2 site.
