This new single-story concrete tilt-slab building was designed to Chep NZ's specifications.
It comprises 1155m² warehouse, 280m² office and 1570m² yard. The warehouse has a 7m stud height to the knee and 2.7m floor to ceiling height in the office.
The site is fully fenced and coverage is 29%, leaving generous yard areas for storage. With sustainability in mind, the building is north facing for maximum solar gain and to avoid prevalent southerly winds.
