Until early 2024, Rick was Chief Executive of New Zealand-wide commercial construction company, Naylor Love. Under his 10-year tenure, the company’s turnover quadrupled to $1 billion. Rick holds a New Zealand Certificate in Engineering (Civil) and Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Massey University). He is a Member of the Institute of Directors New Zealand and, as Naylor Love Chief Executive, served on the company’s regional subsidiaries’ boards.
Rick is a founding trustee of industry-led charitable trust Construction Health and Safety New Zealand.
