Dan joined Chalmers Properties in May 2021. Until late 2020, he was based in London, working for Resolution Property as an asset manager. In this role, Dan was responsible for managing a large-scale office park in Brussels and a significant office refurbishment project in Frankfurt.Dan was previously an analyst with NZX listed property and investment management company Stride, managing the Investore fund & in the acquisitions team. His early career was with CBRE as a Facilities Manager, where he was responsible for a portfolio of commercial and retail buildings in Auckland.Dan has a Conjoint Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.
