Chalmers Properties has recently completed the Ronwood Centre development project, adding three new buildings to the bulk retail centre at a total cost of approximately $4m.
Building A (400m2) is located next to New Zealand Post at 1 Ronwood Avenue and has been leased to an 'Anytime Fitness' gym.
Building B (820m2) is located next to Dick Smith Electronics at 5 Ronwood Avenue with exposure to Sharkey Street. This shop is has been leased to Dialled Indoor Trampoline Park.
Building C (271m2) is a standalone retail building in the carpark of 1 Ronwood Avenue with an 80m2 covered outdoor area. It has been leased to 'Melba Cafe'.
