David has significant expertise in the commercial real estate sector. He has worked for several listed commercial property funds, including Urbus, ING and PFI, across asset management and property development.As General Manager, David oversees the team managing the Port Otago Group’s property investments. He is also actively involved in growing the business and plays a hands-on-role in the company’s industrial design/build/lease and spec-build developments.David has a Bachelor of Property from Auckland University and is a Chartered Surveyor (RICS).
